E-mobility - thermal management

Electric vehicles require additional heating systems for heating the interior and conditioning the battery. EICHENAUER offers solutions for this requirement:

Driver assistance systems – lens hood

Autonomous driving requires clear camera vision through an ice-free and fog-free windshield. EICHENAUER makes this possible with a heated lens hood.

  • High performance – especially at low temperatures – for fast defrosting speed

Cleaning systems – multi-jet nozzle chain

The multi-jet nozzle chain manufactured by EICHENAUER ensures clear vision and a safe driving experience at all speed ranges through excellent cleaning results.

We offer OBD-capable air ducts and bIow-by lines with discharge point heaters for your KurbeHousing ventilation in various versions, including plastic-pipe, rubber-pipe, and plastic–metal combinations.

Selective catalytic reduction (SCR)

Compliance with the stricter emission standards such as the Euro-6d and Euro-7 standard requires effective exhaust after-treatment technologies.

Selective catalytic reduction (SCR)

  • Heating of AdBlue-carrying components: Necessary because the aqueous urea solution (AdBlue) freezes from −11°C.
  • Heating systems to be arranged on a spot and on a surface: based on PTC or fixed-resistance controlled technology.
  • Patented manufacturing process for PTC technology: highly efficient energy transfer into the medium to be heated
  • Flexible integration: High degree of freedom in the form design for easy integration into the SCR circuit of the customer
